Assessments

Why use assessments? Assessments provide objective, predictive data to inform decisions in hiring, professional development, and executive selection. As a Hogan-certified coach, I use these assessments to help clients:
 
  • Predict job performance. Hire better people by measuring basic employability, work style, and organizational fit.

  • Evaluate career derailers. Identify and mitigate performance risks that can degrade leadership success, erode relationships, and damage the professional reputation.

  • Coaching. Leverage the strategic self-awareness gained through Hogan’s assessment process to inform the client’s goals and coach to achievement.
