Gratitude in 2020
"Reflect upon your present blessings, of which every man has plenty; not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some." Charles Dickens
When we pause at this time of year, we naturally express appreciation for all of our blessings. This year in particular, with so much chaos and change, with holiday plans going by the wayside, we need to tap into that gratitude. Now, more than ever.
I am grateful for my health, love, family, and friends.
I am grateful for my work, which brings me so much joy.
I am grateful for all that I have learned this year and to those who have taught me.
I am grateful for you.
I wish you a Thanksgiving filled with abundance and gratitude.
